Refund and Returns Policy
At EduChamp, your satisfaction and your child’s educational journey are our top priorities. We strive to offer high-quality products and services that bring value, learning, and joy. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from the EduChamp Store under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
📝 Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Perishable items (e.g., snack packs) unless damaged or expired on arrival

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit

Expired or spoiled on delivery

Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item(s)

Your order number and contact details
We will offer you the choice of:

A replacement

A full refund (processed to your original method of payment)
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment only.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges (e.g., wrong size, incorrect product), you may need to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
